Accepted Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. To start the process, please email support@nomadexaus.com for prior approval, as items sent back without notice will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you have changed your mind and would like a different item, we are happy to accept exchanges. Simply contact our support team with your order details and the item you wish to receive, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

Product Condition
Returns are only accepted for items in new condition. Products must be unused, tucked in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

Return Window
You have a window of 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Return Method
All returns must be conducted by mail. Once your request is approved via email, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to send the package back. Please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Label
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You are responsible for generating your own shipping label and covering all associated postage fees. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Restocking Fee
We want to make the process as straightforward as possible, which is why there is no cost on restocking fees.

Refund Time
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process will be completed within 7 days.
